REFUND / RETURNS POLICY

All products from Southwest Saltwater are printed by a local West Australian photo imaging company who hold themselves to a global benchmark whilst still maintaining small town business values. All prints are checked by a trained imaging professional to ensure it meets high quality standards before delivering the final product. 
All orders should be inspected by the customer upon delivery / pickup to ensure they are not damaged and meet your approval. In the event that a product from Southwest Saltwater is damaged or not as described, the item must be returned within 7 days. 
Prior to returning the product/s to Southwest Saltwater, please email joel@southwestsaltwater.com.au and include the following details:
- Your Full Name
- Product Details and Reference Number
- Reason for Return
- What you would like (exchange or refund)
Once we have received the details we will review the case and inform you of how it the refund / exchange will be handled. Please be aware that Southwest Saltwater does not offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been incorrectly chosen or change of mind.
